Our primary mission is to disciple and equip jungle pastors to be effective spiritual leaders in their communities and among their nation. One of these ways is to provide funding for a physical structure. We know that God's Church is more than just a building, but there is something to be said about having a dedicated place where believers can come together for fellowship and worship. To help us be good stewards of these financial gifts, our leadership team has established a set of criteria to evaluate every request.
You may be wondering why such an "elaborate structure" so deep in the jungle? Why not just use wood and palm leaves like their homes are made out of? Why don't they just meet in someone's home? Well, the simple answer is because we want to build something that will last and requires little maintenance. The natural elements (rain, sun, insects) are harsh and deteriorate buildings rapidly.
